SEATTLE, Wash. --- Western Washington University's Katie Reichart (Fr., Kelso) won the women's javelin in the 23rd annual Spring Break Open Meet at West Seattle Stadium, improving her NCAA Division II national provisional qualifying mark to 140-0.
