Western has played one of the toughest schedules in the nation with 12 of 15 matches against a team either ranked or receiving votes in the AVCA Division II Coaches Poll. The NCAA shows WWU as having played the sixth-toughest schedule in the nation with a past opponent winning percentage of .641 (150-84).
