Heavy rains in Southern California have canceled the two-day LA Spring Kickoff that was scheduled to be played Monday-Tuesday at Brookside Golf Club at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena.
 
The WWU travel contingent will head back to Bellingham and turn its attention to the new spring opener scheduled for February 26-27 at the Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout hosted by Cal State East Bay at Corica Park Golf Course in Alameda.
