Conrad Brown has been selected as the GNAC Men's Golfer of the Week for his standout play in two tournaments in Hawai'i to conclude the 2026-27 fall season.
Brown (Burlington, WA) earned his seventh all-time GNAC weekly award to move him into a tie for second place in program history with Dylan Goodwin and Jake Koppenberg. Brown is now one GNAC Golfer of the Week short of the school-record by Jordan Lee.
The two-tournament trip to Hawai'i was highlighted by Brown finishing 3rd out of 77 golfers at the Yo Maui HPU Sharks Shootout. Brown turned in a 54-hole score of 9-under-par 201 (66-65-70) on the par 70 Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf layout. He opened the trip tying for 24th place at the Punahele Jerky Company Invitational.
In four fall tournaments, Brown earned three top 10 finishes and leads the GNAC with a scoring average of 69.9 (-2 to par). The senior shot a round at or under par in 9 of 10 times he took the course to open the season.
As a junior in 2025-26, Brown was selected a First Team PING All-American, a finalist for the Jack Nicklaus National Player of the Year award, won individual medalist honors at the NCAA II West/South Central Super Regional, was the GNAC Player of the Year and was the co-WWU Male Athlete of the Year.
The Vikings resume the 2026-27 season with the spring portion of the schedule at the Fujikura Invitational hosted by Cal State San Marcos February 8-9 at Shadowridge Golf Club in Vista, California.
