BELLINGHAM, Wash. - The Western Washington University Department of Athletics is accepting nominations for its Athletic Hall of Fame. Nominations may be submitted by anyone and all nominees must fall within one of three categories: 1. former student-athlete, 2. former coach/administrator, 3. contributor to the program. Nominations will be accepted through May 15, 2004, with an announcement on the Class of 2004 following in July.
The 2004 WWU Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place Sat., Oct. 16. Western's Homecoming/Hall of Fame football game is set for that day against Humboldt State at 1 p.m.
