Megan enters her 5th year as the Head Cheer Advisor at WWU after three years of previous experience with the program as an assistant and volunteer coach.
Led WWU Cheer to earn a National Championship title in the program’s debut competition at USA Collegiate Game Day Nationals in 2023, bringing home a 3rd and 1st place finish in Band Chant and Sideline Cheer divisions.
A focus is placed on building a team that will meet their greatest potential as not just student-athletes, but as leaders using skills that translate to life outside of and after their program involvement.
Prior to coaching, Megan was a WWU graduate and athlete on the Cheerleading team while attending Western. Megan has a background in gymnastics, competitive all-star cheer, college cheer, and game day stunts.
