Started four games in 2000 as true freshman, winning three in helping Coyotes to Charity Bowl appearance and No.24 rating in NAIA Division II National Poll ? Ranked eighth among Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference passing leaders ? Completed 23 of 47 passes for 425 yards and 3 touchdowns.

HIGH SCHOOL: Second-team all-South Puget Sound League selection as senior at Kentlake High School ? Helped Falcons to 8-3 record and quarterfinals of Class 4A state playoffs ? Team captain and MVP ? Started last half of junior season on 9-1 team that got to first round of state playoffs ? Lettered three years and started two ? Also lettered two years in baseball and one in basketball.
