  • Appeared in 51 games and started in 50. 
  • Led the team in batting average .401 (63-for-157) with nine doubles, three triples, three home runs and 30 RBI. 
  • Led the team in OPS at 1.023 and second in slugging .554. 
  • Second in walks with 15. 
  • 5th in WWU history with 63 hits. 
  • Ended 4th all-time in WWU batting average at .355.
  • Ended 7th all-time in WWU on base percentage at .426. 
  • Unanimous GNAC All-Conference First Team selection.
  • First team All-Region selection.

  • Led the team with 8 multi-hit games and also had a pair of multi-RBI performances.

Prior to WWU: Shimabukuro transferred to WWU from Edmonds College … a two-time NWAC All-North Region infielder (2018-19) and an NFCA First Team All-American in 2019 … named the Edmonds College Female Athlete of the Year in 2019 … appeared in 98 career games for Edmonds, combining to bat .443 (152-for-343) with 128 runs scored, 36 doubles, 4 triples, 7 home runs and 109 RBI … helped lead Edmonds to a pair of playoff appearances, including a second-place finish in 2019 … EC went 83-18 during her two years … was a first-team All-State and All-Conference infielder at Aiea High School.
