COLLEGE: Missed last season because of shoulder injury suffered during spring practice ? Attended Western the previous year, but did not play football.
HIGH SCHOOL: Voted captain[apos]s award as senior at Eastlake High School ? Suffered entire season from dislocations in both shoulders ? As junior, intercepted 4 passes ? Started and lettered two years for Wolves ? Also lettered two years in baseball and wrestling ? Coaches[apos] award winner in baseball as senior, batting .305.
PERSONAL: Major is political science ? His father, Scott, played baseball at Rio Hondo College (Calif.).
