Teri MacPhee joined the WWU Athletics Department in December 2023 after owning her own interior design business for nine years. Prior to that MacPhee worked in sales and marketing at Chicago Title 1996 through 2013.
MacPhee attended Western Washington University from 1988-1990 and Washington State University 1990-1992, receiving her bachelor’s degree in speech communications from the Edward R Morrow School of Communications in 1992.
As an undergraduate, MacPhee worked two years in sports information at WSU under Sports Information Directors Association Hall of Famer, Rod Commons. Prior to that, MacPhee worked in WWU Athletics in the football office under Coach Rob Smith.
MacPhee has been a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Whatcom County, , as well as a member of Women Sharing Hope and a coach for Boys and Girls Club youth basketball.
She is a graduate of Lynden High School. MacPhee and her husband Dan have two children, Madison and Nicholas.
