BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Western Washington University senior forward Olivia Hodges continued her awards haul from the 2025-26 season earning First Team All-West Region honors from D2CCA.
Hodges was selected to the five-player first-team all-region team, joining Central Washington senior guard Asher Cai (Player of the Year) as GNAC representatives. Hodges was also a unanimous First Team All-GNAC selection, the GNAC Newcomer of the Year, a three-time GNAC Player of the Week and National Player of the Week during the season.
The senior enters the NCAA Tournament averaging a team-best 16.0 points per game and is the NCAA Division II national leader with 23 double-doubles and averaging 13.2 rebounds per game.
Among West Region leaders, Hodges also ranks 3rd in field goal percentage (54.1/173-for-320), 7th in scoring (16.0 points/game) and 12th in free throw percentage (.783/148-for-189). She has scored in double-digits in 29 of 31 games with nine games scoring 20-or-more points, including a season-high 37 points (and 17 rebounds) vs. Azusa Pacific on November 22.
Heading into the NCAA Tournament Hodges has recorded eight consecutive double-doubles, with back-to-back 20-rebound games vs. Montana State Billings (2/28) and Western Oregon (3/6). Her 23 double-doubles have set the WWU single-season record and currently fourth in GNAC history.
The Cal State LA transfer has reached the 1,000-point and 1,000-rebound milestone for her collegiate career with 1,077 points (9.7 per game) and 1,007 rebounds (9.1 per game) in 111 games. In 31 games this season Hodges has scored 495 points and grabbed 409 rebounds to rank among the best single seasons in program history.
Hodges is the first Viking to earn D2CCA All-West Region honors since former All-American Brooke Walling in 2023 and 2024.
Here is a look at the 2025-26 D2CCA All-West Region Team. Sports information directors from NCAA Division II West Region schools and conferences selected the D2CCA all‐region teams. The process concludes with All-American selections announced later in the month.
