Fans can tune into the NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Selection show on Sunday, March 8 starting at 7:30 pm.
The selection show unveils the 64-team field for the NCAA Tournament, with eight teams in each of the eight regions across the country.
WWU expects to have its name called during the selection show with an overall record of 24-7, with the Vikings entering the postseason ranked No. 2 in the latest edition of the regional rankings.
The Vikings are aiming to lock up their 21st appearance in the NCAA Championships in 27 possible seasons since joining the NCAA in 1998-99. The Vikings own an all-time 21-19 record in NCAA tournament play, recording at least one win in 12 of 19 prior regional appearances (with at least one game played).
