COLLEGE: Lettered as wide receiver on Western football team last fall ? Transfer from Antelope Valley College (Lancaster, Calif.) ? Second-team Foothill Conference all-star in football ? Received school?s Rae Yoshida Award for highest grade point average ? Started and lettered two years for Marauders ? As a sophomore, caught 55 passes for 791 yards and 3 touchdowns ? Had 12 catches for 189 yards and 2 touchdowns against Reedley College ? Honorable mention all-league as freshman ? Had 28 receptions for 410 yards and 1 touchdown on squad that reached Shrine Potato Bowl ? Also lettered one year track ? Conference champion in both 110 high hurdles and triple jump ? Played basketball one year at Highline CC.

HIGH SCHOOL: Second-team all-South Puget Sound League choice in basketball as senior at Kent-Meridian High School ? Averaged 13.6 points on 53.2 percent field goal shooting ? Earned all-tourney honors at Capital City Classic (Juneau, Alaska) ? Started two years and lettered three ? Also earned two letters in football and four in track ? First-team all-SPSL North Division pick in football as senior ? Averaged 16.5 yards per catch for Royals and caught 9 touchdown passes ? Reached Class 4A state championships twice in track, placing fourth in triple jump and eighth in long jump as junior.
