Biography

WWU: Played three seasons for the Vikings from 2016-20 and spent four years in the program ... appeared in 85 games (all starts) while averaging 7.2 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.8 blocked shots per game ... combined for a career .630 field goal percentage (252-for-400), the best mark in recorded WWU basketball history (min. 300 FG attempts) ... tallied 150 career blocked shots, ranking 5th in WWU history and ended his career 5th with 1.8 blocked shots per game ... amongst GNAC all-time leaders at the end of his playing career is 2nd in field goal percentage, 8th in blocked shots and 10th in blocked shots per game ... recorded six career games with 5+ blocked shots, including career-high 8 blocks during senior season vs. Alaska Anchorage (2/8/20) ... Bellingham native that transferred after one season at Whatcom Community College ... listed as the second 7-footer in the history of the WWU men's program, joining Dave Vandejagt who played for the Vikings from 2008-2010.

2019-20 (Senior):

  • Appeared in 26 games (all starts) helping lead the Vikings to the GNAC Championships title.
  • Recorded 52 blocked shots (2.0 blocks/game) to rank 2nd in the GNAC.
  • Shot 61.1% from the field (99-for-162) to rank 2nd amongst GNAC players.
  • Led the Vikings and ranked 4th in the GNAC averaging 7.3 rebounds per game.
  • Recorded 8 blocked shots in 30 minutes vs. Alaska Anchorage, one off the school record of 9 blocked shots.
  • Scored in double-digits in 11 games, including season-high 19 points vs. Alaska Fairbanks on 9-for-11 shooting.
  • Selected to the GNAC/CCAA Conference Challenge All-Tournament Team scoring 32 points in first two games of the season.
  • GNAC Player of the Week for Nov. 4-10 following the opening week of the season.
  • GNAC Preseason All-Conference selection.

2018-19 (Redshirt):

2017-18 (Junior):

  • Started in 28 of 29 games averaging 18.1 minutes played, 7.1 points per game, 6.2 rebounds, and 0.7 assists per game. 
  • Shot 59.7% from the field (86-for-144), the 11th best single season field goal percentage in WWU history.
  • Scored 15 points in three separate games and 4 double-doubles on the season.
  • 10th in GNAC for Rebounds totaling 173 on the season and averaging 6.2 per game.
  • 4th in GNAC for field goal percentage and 5th in blocked shots totaling 39 on the season averaging 1.4 per game.
2016-17 (Sophomore):
  • Started all 31 games during the GNAC Championship season (averaged 17.1 minutes per game).
  • Ranked 3rd in the GNAC and 28th in NCAA II averaging 1.9 blocks per game.
  • Recorded 59 total blocked shots, 7th-most in WWU single-season history.
  • Scored season high 16 points (7-for-8 FG) 1/21/17 vs. Central Washington.
  • Tallied 5 or more blocked shots in four games.
  • Recorded 10 rebounds and 4 blocks 2/11/17 vs. Concordia.
  • Shot 71.3% from the field (67-for-94).
2015-16 (Whatcom Community College):
  • Played in 31 games for the Orcas during his freshman season.
  • Averaged 8.4 points, 9.3 rebounds (ranked 5th in NWAC) and 2.4 (ranked 1st in NWAC) blocks per game.
  • All-Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) Northern Region 2nd team selection.
  • Named to NWAC All-Defensive team.
  • Will be the 2nd 7-footer in WWU history, joining Dave Vandejagt (2008-10).
  • Recorded 8 double-doubles.
  • In NWAC playoffs, averaged 11.75 points, 14.25 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game.
  • Led the Orcas to NWAC Championship game where they fell to Spokane 91-84.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Bellingham High School where he lettered in basketball (2 letters), soccer (3 letters) and tennis (4 letters)...Did not start playing basketball until his freshman year of high school.

PERSONAL: Older brother, Auden, was a goalkeeper for the University of Washington and was drafted by the MLS San Jose Earthquakes.
