Had season highs of 15 points vs. Northwest on 11/29/01, 11 rebounds vs. Alaska Fairbanks on 1/19/02 and vs. Northwest Nazarene on 2/7/02, and 4 blocks vs. Bellarmine KY on 12/16/01 ? Most Improved award winner ? One letter.

HIGH SCHOOL: Sacramento Bee Player of the Year, CAL-HI Sports third-team all-state and second-team NOR-CAL Sports all-star selection as senior at Jesuit High School ? All-City and Metro League Player of the Year ? Averaged 19.0 points, 13.0 rebounds and 4.0 blocks on 26-7 team that won league championship and reached first round of NorCal playoffs ? Team captain and MVP ? First-team all-city and all-league as junior, leading Marauders to 31-4 record, sectional championship and NorCal title game ?
