Peacocke rejoined the WWU coaching staff as a graduate assistant for the 2020-21 season after serving in a similar role during the 2017-18 season.

As a Viking, Peacocke appeared in 119 career games (103 starts) to rank among program's all-time leaders in games played. The guard scored 1,940 career points to rank 2nd in WWU history as well as 2nd in GNAC history. She concluded her career ranked 8th among active Division II players in points scored and is the GNAC all-time leading scorer in league games with 1,244 points. As a senior in 2016-17 she led NCAA Division II averaging 23.3 points per game, setting WWU and GNAC records for points in a season with 745. She also set the WWU single-season scoring average record and ranks 2nd in conference history for single-season scoring average. She became the fourth player with 600+ points in a season in GNAC history and 3rd player in conference history to surpass 1,800 career points . Career awards included being selected as a 2016-17 First Team All-American (WBCA, Division II Bulletin) and D2CAA Second Team All-American She was a three-time GNAC All-Star, including two-time First Team All-GNAC honoree and the 2016-17 GNAC Player of the Year. Peacocke was also a three-time GNAC All-Academic selection.
