Assistant Women's Basketball Coach

How long have you worked at WWU?

Six years

What is your favorite thing about working in WWU Athletics?
Western is home to me. I grew up coming here whether it was with my grandma and we would climb on all the sculptures or with my parents to watch the women's games. So, now that I get to work here with the people I knew when I was watching and playing here is pretty special.

What's your most memorable WWU Athletics moment?
I have two. The first as a player, hitting a 3-pointer with .4 seconds on the clock to beat Saint Martin's. My second came as a coach in my first year back, we won regionals and made it to the Final Four in San Antonio.

Your go To Bellingham Dining Establishment:
Aslan Brewing Company and Fairhaven Pizza

What is one of your favorite hobbies?
Hiking and Running

Favorite Spot on the WWU Campus?
Starbucks

Something people may now know about you?
My great grandfather was president of WWU and Haggard Hall was named after him. Because of this, my grandparents were very involved in WWU with three different scholarships/endowments they started.
