th with 14 shutouts in program history…allowed multiple goals in a game only 9 times over the last 6 seasons (since 2012), combining for a .418 GAA average during this 150-game span, with 97 shutouts…WWU has featured the GNAC Defensive Player of the Year five of the last six years.
CHARTING SUCCESS…dating back to the start of the 2013 season (the last six seasons), WWU women's soccer has compiled an impressive 110-9-8 record for a .898 winning percentage...during this 127-game span WWU has won the GNAC regular-season four times, combining to go 64-3-5 (.924) in league play, and won three postseason GNAC Championships…amongst all Division II schools, the winning percentage since the start of the 2013 season is second-best in Division II, narrowly trailing Grand Valley State (126-9-6/.915) and just ahead of defending national champion Central Missouri (114-11-6/.893).
GNAC CHAMPIONSHIPS…the Vikings made it a three-peat winning the 2017 GNAC Championships for the third consecutive season, earning the GNAC's automatic bid to the NCAA Championships…advanced to the championships final with a 2-0 win over Seattle Pacific and claimed the title on a golden goal in the second overtime, 1-0, against No. 1-seed and host Concordia…advanced to the league championships final in each of the six years of the event, building an undefeated 10-0-2 record in championships play, with titles in 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017…the 2018 tournament will again be held in Portland, Oregon, Nov. 1-3 at Tuominen Field.
DISTRIBUTION…12 different players have combined to score WWU's 29 goals in the first 14 games this season, with five players scoring 2+ goals…

2017 SEASON IN REVIEW…went 18-2-0 overall and finished 2
